Biblcally-based Servant Leadership is at the core of how we approach ministry planning and implementation at Kresge.

Our leadership team serves with our Pastor, seeking to lead the church in the planning and implementation of ministry that serves our community and our congregation. We utilize a One Board model with the people leading the church, serving the church as the Pastor sets vision.

Our leadership is responsible for all facets of the church and is nominated and elected each Fall, serving January thru December, in three year terms on a rotational basis. Our team meets monthly to evaluate the overall scope and needs of the church. Together, the team functions in several capacities including Administration, Finance, Trustees and Staff Parish Relations (or personnel).
